Done: Morning Latte
I finally finished my "Morning Latte" sweater last night. Yesssss! I have been working on this sweater for two months. It is now done. Let's just say that after two months of this sweater...I was pretty much over it.
I admit, the sleeves were the bane of my existence. They weren't hard to knit, just so boring. I really detest knitting sleeves, period.
I love the pockets on this sweater. They were a bit tricky to figure out, but I did it. It wasn't the pattern...just my idiocy.
SPECS ON THE SWEATER:
Pattern: Tea With Jam And Bread, by Heidi Kirrmaier.
Yarn: 6.5 skeins of Lion Brand Wool Ease in "mushroom."
Needles: US # 6 and US # 8 circular needles.
Size: L2 - 45.5" chest size.
Mods: I omitted the short row neckline. I chickened out. I also didn't do any striping.
Time: 2 months exactly.

Verdict: Love this sweater. It's comfy, slouchy and perfect with a pair of tights and boots. I will be wearing this during the cold months. If I were to make this sweater again...I would definitely do the short row neckline. Otherwise, I love this sweater a lot. Yay for top-down raglan sweaters. Easy peasy! Great pattern too.
